Dear sir / mam I vikas jain from kanpur (U. P) a user of airtel 4g wi-fi hotspot (Model no mf920v) (Imei [protected]) & (Data card no. [protected]). Ason 29.07.2019 approx 4.00 pm at my office i was working. Suddenly your company device caught fire & blast. I was very scared because of this sudden event. This device was purchased on jan 2019 from your dealer anandeshwar telecom, kachehri road kanpur. I already complain to airtel customer care many times but there is no relief.
