Hello sir, I have mailed many time to [protected]@zte.com.cn. email id so far i am not getting any reply from that id. i am totally upset about ZTE organization Sales and Service. ZTE is the world largest company doing sales and service for mobile devices world wide. For my issue i have mailed many time but i am not getting response from ZTE organization. i have checked with India service center, they said it is not launched in India we wont support this device. i have verified with Aliexpress team they also help less. i have purchased this device from online around Rs.21, 000 ($249). it is my one month salary. try to understand my problem and feeling. Normally after few second when charge is connect to power the charge notification will come in the mobile screen but that day there is no charge symbol and keep mobile screen was black and blank. i have tried holding power button for few second and i am not getting any response from mobile. i have put the mobile for 2 hours charge and after that also i have tried, there is no response. i am totally disappointed with this device. kindly help me to resolve this issue. i think you have understood my problem. please let me know how to get serviced this mobile. i am ready to ship the product to your office address, Please share the detail ASAP. if you required any clarification, please feel free to contact me by email or voice call.
