Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchase the ZTE Grand X Quad Lite V967S Blue mobile through snap deal on 26-Sep-14. However my mobile display failure while charging completing time on (01-Oct-14). Please guide me how to service that my ZTE Grand X Quad Lite V967S Blue mobile. Now i am presently working at Sri Lanka. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear ZTE service dept.I purchased ZTE grand x quad lite v967s d phone is simply superb.but d problem is my touch is broken.i have tried all service centres in vellore Tamilnadu.I regret to state everywhere i get d same reply that Zte company does not support d service centres at all.it is true i have requestd for touch replacement with veejix service centre and iam waiting for past 5 months but allin vain.vejix recommends to buy alcatel mobiles as d company supports them immensely with spare replacement.Iam very fond of ZTE products but their service support is zero.i may wait for another week.else iam throwing d mobile in dustbin.Thanks Zte
