ZTE — HANDSET DEFECTIVE

Dear Sir/Madam 1) I hv purchased a ZTE handset of CDMA online from Flipkart during the month of Feb 15, However, the same has got defective yesterday with in 4 months. While talking on phone suddenly mobile gone switched off and after that it was not getting switched On. Suspected Power IC went off. 2) It is therefore requested to kindly do the need full step or kindly guide me accordingly for rectification/replacement of the handset view the handset is under warranty. 3) My name and mobile number is appended below.
