Sir, I have purchased one ZTE D286 model from M/S SR AEON, Bhubaneswar on[protected]. But I faced a lot of problem in the set. Some time it get automatically switch off. Sometime the key were not functioning at all. Moreover most of the time the Network device of the set was not working properly and was giving a very poor signal. But in the same area when I was changing the SIM care to some other Set it worked fine. Disguised with the set I deposit the set to one of your service center M/S Smart Services, Bhubaneswar, Phone-[protected],[protected] on[protected] vide Job Sheet no.19, for required repairing or Changing the Set. But unfortunately every day, on my enquiry, they are telling the servicing has not yet started. I do not know when I shall get back my set. I, therefore, request you to kindly interfere and ask your service center to complete the job and arrange to deliver the Set at the earliest. Thanking you.
