[Resolved] ZTE — Reliance-zte286 handset not recd., against replacement | |||
Sir, I hade purchsed the reliance zte286 handset on dtd. 14.04.14 but due to speaker problem I have submitted the same to service center at Empress Moll, Nagpur (Mah.) on dtd. 18.04.14. But after 20 days has been complited. not repleased my mobile handset or not given may mony back. The service center said that they send handset to zte co. & co. said that they have not available the same handset. they don't give me D.O. for replacement from shop. Kindly inform me, What can I do.
