[Resolved] Zuari Furniture — Promised replacement not provided

We purchased the sofa set of Zuari (ZDX SOFA SET(BURGANDY)) on 19th April 2013. A small part in the left side of the hand rest part of the sofa set was toured in September 2013. We started calling Innveriew Kakkanad regarding this from October to fix this. They informed us that they will send their representative to fix this. Two of the representative came and took photo of the sofa set in November 1st week. There was no update on anything from the side of Innerview. We called them continuously and after their answer was that they will take the sofa set to their company and fix it. They never came to take the sofa set.
And after a long wait, on 8th January 2014 they came and took the sofa set with them. Again there was no response from Innerview. In March 2014 they returned the product after fixing the problem. Again in April 2014, the same area torn again which had problem before. We contacted Innerview again in April 2014 and finally they took the sofa set on 17th May 2014. And from that point of time to till now the sofa set is with them.
I have used the sofa set for a total of 5 months in this span of 1.6 years. And now Innerview claims that we are out of warranty period and we need to pay them cash inorder to fix it. And finally after talking to Zuari Area manager they promised me a replacement of the sofa with a 3 door wardrobe. We went to innerview shop and selected the wardrobe of the same amount. They gave us the order form and they promised me delivery on the next date. Now they are saying they can't give us the wardrobe, you can contact the consumer court.
