I purchased a product at Zudio on 31st dec paid 1603 at 9.02pm I had my suspicion but was waiting for the bill not confirmed but the bill didn't came at all . They are not taking responsibility for not giving us bill and also they charged extra for a sale dress which clearly showed 199 then proceeded to charge 499 also didn't check the product that made beep sound but denied bill at that time too . Unfortunately I used that product since I didn't expect this scam . I had to visit again and again still nothing. Mental exhaustion. Left my work to go to mall travel cost, embarrassment and negligence. I need help and I hope it's resolved instead of sitting like others I have seen. Was this information helpful? |
