I am a frequent customer of the Zudio outlet in Lulu Mall Trivandrum, last day when I went there to purchase clothes, I noticed that you have not provided sleeve pieces in ladies tops. We come to your shop with a picture that you provide sleeve pieces for stitching, but I was disappointed that you did not provide it. It is your responsibility to satisfy every single customer who come to your shop. The benefit in providing sleeve pieces is that those people who don't want sleeves can use it that way and those people who want sleeves can stich sleeves and use it that way. As a customer of your shop, I have a humble request that you provide sleeve pieces for stitching in ladies tops, provided its not only my opinion, but the opinion of many people who come to your shop

I went to Zudio at frreganj ujjain. And purchased clothes for my family . They took lot of time in billing so I didnt cross checked in bill invoice but checked later at home because my home town is 65km away from ujjain .
They overbilled in invoice (Z[protected] dated 04/04/23 at 20:13, pm.

Recently I bought 4 Nailpaints and its an oversight did not notice that I had picked 2 from "try me ". and they deny to exchange :(

Infact informed that on same daty or next day we can do not more than that, explained that a person travelling from 20 kms just to check on testers billed and U say that cannot be exchanged,

With no options left I had to come without any solution.

Really unfair #ZudioJayanagar...

Zudio Trichy is not allowing inside due to power shutdown, this is completely not acceptable. I have never seen this type of customer service. Please address this immediately.

Shoe torn broke in 3 months

Recently I bought a bunch of clothes from Zudio, and I must say I’m really very very disappointed with the quality, the price and the options may be good but the quality of products is disaster, one of the winter Jacket bought from last week after second time used jacket stitch ripped very cheap quality and the Color get stuck on a lot of clothes, I’m super disappointed with the quality at Zudio and i am sure that not to go back here again.

I bought a bunch of clothes from Zudio recently, and I must say I’m really disappointed with the quality, the price and the options may be good but the quality is very very bad, one of the shirts I bought lost Color in the first machine wash and the Color get stuck on a lot of clothes including a few I bought from Zudio, and one of the T-shirts I bought had a very poor sticking, the extra piece of cloth was sticking out a little bit, I’m super disappointed with the quality at Zudio and will try not to go back here again.

And the rest of the clothes, a black jeans lost Color is now showing hints of white after 3-4 washes, this is very bad, can’t really trust TATA anymore.

My eyes started itching after using this, i thought that’s normal but then my eyes started watering. After some time my eyes swelled so much that i had to go to pharmacy to buy an eye drop. This is the worst product i have used so far....

The cashier included someone else's item in my bill where the other customer only paid the base amount and the additional taxes were deducted from me....

I recently went for shopping in zudio the staff misbehaved with me very rudely they gave me rude reply and when i told i will complain to the higher officer then they told me to give the complaint no one cant do anything for us they replied very rudely. I am giving a complaint against the zudio Visakhapatnam store. I request you to take action on this matter. Thank you.

What the hell with your customer support and billing people have to wait for half an hour in queue and even the rude behaviour of the staff billing person are customers there slaves ah...

I bought zudio's Lipbalm and face masks from rammurthy nagar and after one use of the lip balm i got rashes all over my lips, my friend tried it and she experienced the same thing. The masks also had given me heavy scale rashes. I am going to sue the company for it.

As I paid for my clothes, money was debited from my account, but manager or worker currently working there told me it was timeout so I have to pay it again, and the money from first payment will be instantly refunded, but it did not, so then he said that it will be after 24 hours . So for refund I gave him screenshot of payment and my email, this is 3rd day, and I didn't get money or any responce from manager.

The first and worst experience ever. Today, I purchased clothes of prices altogether Rs 3399. Once I told them regarding gpay, they showed me the QR where I scanned and paid. After it shown failed, I tried again and the money got deducted .But the salesman were saying that they ddnt get the money that I sent. I have shown their Zudio gpay account where it got credited but they said we ddint get it. And they started giving examples of others. They said it's not their fault. I asked regarding the money that got deducted but they said they ddint get even though I showed my account. I ddnt get my money back nor my clothes. If this is the problem, paying and knowing nothing regarding the money where it got credited after showing the same QR, then better don't open such types of shops. It's not a small amount but a huge amount . Kindly look into the matter.

I've visited your kota branch yesterday.That was my first experience with zudio. While the shopping, attending staff was not satisfactory. Also the time of billing they were treated rudely. Most of the time they were not present to help. We had to ask them to it and when they come don't properly attend to us.
That was my first time experience with you which wasn't good. I think you should train your employees to manners and etiquettes for not it happens again like me.

Manager and employees are not behaving properly. Passing taunt on there financial status and there choice on sales Product.
This complaint is regarding Talwandi store Kota Rajasthan.

On 2nd August 2022, we went shopping at zudio. We rise 2 bill, amount of 2945 and 798 my upi n bnk account show that, amount deduct from my account but they not accepted. And main they claim I didn't pay. They said if you paid, then your amount will revert. Still I don't get my amount reverse and I don't get my stuff.

esterday, I am purchased some clothes in your store in ranipur more haridwar.the billing manager take extra money and when i asked him about it he asked me about extra money payable for carry bag. carry bag is always free in every showroom and shops.i registered a complain in consumer court about this matter and he believe me to take action as soon. i am never come in your showroom and asked my relatives and friends that he do not go in your showroom.

I had purchased zudio facial sheet mask from zudio showroom located in mangalore... I used it 2 days back and the next day I had full rashes on my face... The same reaction has happened to my sister too who used the same mask ... Her face is damaged very badly...
