Hello ..I recently visited mantri mall zudio..worst experience ever..I don't know why they hire northeast people cause they are extremely rude and racist to dusky people.I tried a product by mistake cause that product was not sealed, one northeast staff approached me and said very inappropriately thum kareedho..thum try Kiya thum kareedho..I reply by saying app but she kept saying thum thum, I eventually said I'll buy and gave it to my friend...

On date 12May 2024 I am doing shopping at Zudio Supermart at Annapurna Road Indore.
After my shopping is done, on billing time the cashier charges me 10/- for a medium size carry beg, without any pre notice.

I recently purchased a nail paint from Zudio and i have applied to toenail. I noticed that the some cracks and damaged. Not only that, but the nail paint also caused my nails to become discolored and my nail turned into yellow.
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product and the damage it has caused to my nails. I would like to raise a complaint. I expect better quality and durability from a brand like Zudio....

Complaint Regarding Faded Track Pant and Poor Customer Service
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with both the quality of a product I purchased from your store and the level of customer service I received during my recent visit. On [date], I purchased a track pant from Zudio at your [Mira Road] location for Rs. 999. However, after just one wash, the pant faded significantly, which is highly disappointing considering the price I paid.
When I returned to the store to address this issue, I encountered a rude and unhelpful attitude from one of your staff members. Instead of offering assistance or showing concern for my dissatisfaction, he made derogatory remarks about the quality of the product and even compared it unfavorably to items from other stores. His suggestion that the quality of the product is dependent on its price point is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable.
Furthermore, the staff member's comment about only considering exchanges for customers who spend a certain amount is deeply concerning. Customer service should not be contingent upon the amount spent in the store. All customers, regardless of their purchase value, deserve to be treated with respect and provided with appropriate assistance when issues arise.
Eventually, the product was exchanged, but the entire experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I believe that such behavior does not align with the standards of customer service that your store should uphold.
I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate steps to address both the quality control of your products and the professionalism of your staff. As a loyal customer, I expect better from Zudio and hope that my future experiences will be more positive.

Is that necessary a number to get my bill... I purchased zudio for 799 and i give them 1000 but firstly they only give me 200 in balance secondly i asked them for 1 rupee and they give me. I feel a scam in this... They not giving a printed bill without number... I can't give them number because my number is my privacy......

Paid amount not retuned
I have been purchased 1563/- clothes on 18/12/23 from Zudio (Kalyan) for which I paid above amount via transaction ID:[protected]. But the Store says as we have not received amount we will not consider your shopping, so they denied to take away purchaesed clothes. Since my account shows amount deducted and same amount not returned in my account till date (23/12/23). So herewith i am logging complaint against Zudio to return my amount

I recently purchased one of the facial mask from Zudio Vigna Nagar Branch. Unfortunately I have experienced some concerning issue with it. After using the product I have several in reactions on my face including the rashes and few bulges . When I went through the company website I could see lots of people had similar issues and I really have serious concern about the quality of the product and the experience of left me disappointed and concerned...

I have used zudio cranberry and bubble gum lip balm which I purchased this year so it is clearly not expired. Regarding issue in successful Payment

I transacted 963 Rupees on 1st October at 18:55 PM in the Zudio store from Mantri Square Mall, Sampige Rd, Malleshwara Bengaluru (Karnataka). On that day, The transaction was successful but the billing person and store manager Puneet were denying that they had not received the payment after that I raised the ticket on Phonepe and from Phonepe I received the message that the transaction was successful. My transaction details are (Transaction ID: T2310011855051032076770) and the Merchant Order ID[protected]. So, Please Clarify whatever the status is and please refund the amount.
On Next day, they should the data but the transaction was not there, after that I contacted them but they did not respond. I called and messaged many times to the billing person and store manager but they are not responding and continuously denying that they haven’t received the payment till now.
Date of incidence : 1st October 2023 at 18:55 PM.

Misbehavior of staff

Me and my friends visited zudio yesterday and we went for exchange. I polietly asked the person who was at the counter that if the exchange row is different from the billing row because in every other store it's different but in the exchange counter that person was so rude i think he is the manager of the store he was wearing a blue shirt . He told me that no you have to stand in the billing line but just before he exchanged other customer who was not in the row who just came and then today i went for exchange because there was a huge line at the trial room and i couldn't check the fitting and i went directly to the exchange counter and again i asked him polietly if he can take the dress and mark the bill for exchange and he told me very rudely that no it's property you have to carry it i mean who talks like this it's a business and its not even his store and he is treating customer like this i would have happily taken the row but i just got out of the store without exchanging the dress because i was mad and didn't want to create a scene. I just came out of the store and wrote a mail to zudio customer care but didn't got any respone. I am not visting zudio again i was a regural customer there and i know this is not gonna harm them in any way but this secnce just made zudio staffs disgusting in my eyes.

I purchased a shirt from Zudio and it's invoice worth ₹309 but then I returned it and purchase other shirt worth₹599 in exchange of former shirt so I just should pay ₹290 only but cashier told me to pay ₹400 and at that time I told him that my former Payment was ₹309 but they said the former shirt is worth ₹199 which was I bought only 3 days ago I can't understand how could price increase in only 3 days. I attached both invoice with the details you can see that they charger extra rupees so I request you to look into this matter and pay back my extra money.

I recently brought a Denim of 999rs for my fiance from Zudio. However the size that i brought was 1 size bigger and when we went for replacement of size the product was not available and other available products where not that great. Hence I requested for a refund in cash so I could buy something else from some other place. However the staff was not ready to give the refund they were okay to give the credit note which is valid for 90 days....

Worst behaved staff i've ever come across‼️ we (me and my friend) wore tshirts from zudio which were previously purchased in a different store. While leaving the store the rude security officer stops us and says that he has to check the cctv to confirm we came in the same attire and didn't steal it from the store!! made us stand like thieves near the entrance and wasted 5 - 10 mins of our precious time! only to come back saying we came in the same attire and didn't steal it. Security acts like its his own store. I dont understand why you guys have metal detectors in each product if you're going to waste customers time and check cctv anyway! avoid this zudio at all costs!!

I bought a lip balm 2 days back and used it henceforth. In the 2 days itself, my lips have become drier and chapped compared to before. I did not use any other lip product.

No Sleeve Piece in ladies tops

I am a frequent customer of the Zudio outlet in Lulu Mall Trivandrum, last day when I went there to purchase clothes, I noticed that you have not provided sleeve pieces in ladies tops. We come to your shop with a picture that you provide sleeve pieces for stitching, but I was disappointed that you did not provide it. It is your responsibility to satisfy every single customer who come to your shop. The benefit in providing sleeve pieces is that those people who don't want sleeves can use it that way and those people who want sleeves can stich sleeves and use it that way. As a customer of your shop, I have a humble request that you provide sleeve pieces for stitching in ladies tops, provided its not only my opinion, but the opinion of many people who come to your shop
