Zudio — Complaint Regarding Shade Mismatch in Re-Purchased Lipstick

I am writing to report an issue with a lipstick I recently repurchased from your store.

A few months ago, I bought the “Toasted Almond” lipstick from Zudio, and I was very satisfied with the shade. After it got over, I repurchased the same lipstick with the same shade name. However, I was shocked to find that the new lipstick shade is completely different from the previous one, despite being labeled as the same product.

This difference is clearly noticeable and feels misleading, as customers expect consistency when buying the same shade again. I believe this could be due to batch variation or a formula change, but no such information was provided at the time of purchase.

I request you to kindly look into this issue and provide an explanation or a suitable resolution
