I visited this shop many times, iam a regular customer, on 02/12/2023 I went to zudio and the billing section people didn't remove the magnet properly and treating us like thief later I showed my bill to them and they found that staff didn't remove the magnet from dress properly but the way they treated us infront of everyone, the security was very rude the way he behaved was really felt bad, later he didn't even ask sorry for his behaviour, they are not treating the customer properly I felt really very disappointed this.the staff also not responding properly they are just busy with chitchatting with their frnds, I will never visit again here shame of you zudio peoples.
