Hi,
I am Thejaswini Vemula from Hyderabad, and I am writing to formally bring to your attention a highly disappointing experience I encountered at your Zudio store located opposite Nexus Mall, Hyderabad, on August 24th.
I made a purchase totaling ₹797. At the billing counter, the amount was deducted from my account, but I did not receive a receipt as I opted not to print it. However, the billing staff insisted that the payment had not been received, despite my confirmation and proof of deduction. I was asked to make the payment again, which I did—resulting in a double deduction of ₹797 due to the negligence of the billing staff.
Since then, I have been following up with the store for a refund, but there has been no resolution. I have only received vague responses stating that the accounts team is reviewing the matter. I have already shared my credit card statement with the store manager as proof of the double deduction.
I kindly request that this issue be treated as a priority and that the excess amount be refunded at the earliest. Please feel free to contact me should you require any further clarification or documentation.
