HAD BOUGHT THE PRODUCT FROM ZYNC GLOBAL A TABLET Z1000,
FROM DAY ONE IT DID NOT SUPPORT 3G NETWORK, HAD BEEN GIVEN FOR SERVICING TWICE BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSIST.
THE THIRD TIME AGAIN WE GAVE THE PRODUCT FOR SERVICING ON 17TH JUNE 2013 AND STILL WE ARE YET TO GET OUR PRODUCT BACK. WE HAD ASKED FOR TOTAL REFUND BUT THE COMPANY HAS NOR REFUNDED OR GIVEN US A NEW PRODUCT.
WORK ORDER NUMBER- RVSRN1306SSA00083.
ITS THE WORST PRODUCT AND COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.

    I have purchased ZYnc Quad 9.7 online in Zync website on 23rd April 2013. After receiving, I have observed theat thee touchscreen was not working. And complained for thee same on 24the April 2013. And courier was arranged for thee same by Zync and thee same is received after repairing thee same on around 12the May 2013. After receiving, I was busy withe marriage in my family could use it at all. After some days, I tried to use, but faced lot of problems like audio was not proper, battery problem. When called Zync customer care, They asked me to go to service center. Service center guy has informed theat theere is problem withe motheerboard itself and said theere are so many complaints withe Zync devices unresolved. So Zync has arranged reverse pickup for thee same. After few days, I called Zync customer care to know thee status of delivery of thee same, theey said theat thee touchscreen got damaged completely and asked me to pay 5,500/- rupees for thee same. I informed theem thee damage is not done by us and before sending it was fine. And I informed theem theat might be done by courier in transport or at company end. I asked theem theat whetheer thee courier guy has confirmed theat it is damaged before picking up itself. They said no.

    There is no confirmation theat thee damage is done by me and thee courier is also arranged by Zync and not by me. How can theey ask me to pay 5,500/- to send thee repaired..

    This is like theey are trying to cheat customer and trying to get more money for thee invaluable product which I could not use at all.

    Yes, you are right.

    Zync was cheated me as well the same way.

    I was purchased Zync Z1000 and the product was worked fine but after some time my product got problem not able to switch on the product then I registered a complaint and they guided me to go their service center and their service center told me that Zync is not handling the customer properly in time and not send the product properly and most of the customers received damage products like that.

    I told them that I already speak to Zync and they assured me they will do good service this time.

    Then they registered the complaint and accepted the product in good condition only not able to switch on the product as the complaint. They do make sure the same the product was in good condition. Zync was assured me they will repair or replace within 10-15 day's.

    But after lots of email communication with Zync support after more than a month I got my Zync Z1000 product in a damaged condition and I informed to the service center but they said that they already closed their relationship with Zync since Zync handling their customers and products very worst and all customers keep complaint them like that also they asked me to to contact Zync directly then I called and informed to the Zync and also I emailed them about the same that I received the product in damaged and non- working condition.

    Then they registered a complaint and they said that my problem will be resolved within 10-15 day's.

    Then they asked me to send the video, image of the product and I sent to them what ever the information they requested me.

    Then they accepted this is their mistake and they arranged a reverse pickup and the product was delivered within a week.

    Then they taken lots of time and get back to me that I was damaged the product and for that I have to pay Rs. 4500 but I clearly told them I never damaged the product and I have the proof and eye witness for the product that I received in the damaged condition only.

    So, I clearly told them if they are not resolve my problem then I will take this into the legal action.

    Now its more than 15 day's no resolution from them and no response.

    So, I have decided to take this into legally with the help of National Consumer Helpline.

    I noticed that you too cheated by Zync in the same way.

    So, I kindly request you to join with me to take this for legal action. I keep collecting all peoples who are all cheated by Zync because it seems that the same way they cheating all their customers. No one is taking this into the serious action because each of their customers not know each others who have cheated the same way by Zync.

    So, please join with me lets fight against them since in India also Consumer court is really much helpful when consumers going to them for a help.

    Lets take this into the serious action to protect others not affected.

    projector mistake in warrenty period

    My projector is some time off in play video only 20-30 minute and tern off the projector

      sir,

      i had purchased zync tablet (zync z 1000) from india times shopping . and as per description it shows that the tablet is of 10 point multi touch but when i received the tablet the tablet is 5 point multi touch.


      thats a deficiency in services on part of india times shopping. now manufacturer also sent me defective tablet.
      after that i lodge my complain but no reponse after that i sent them a legal notice through advocate.

      after that they replace my product and 2nd time also they sent me defective piece and screen guard not contains in the box.

      there after product head santeesh shah told me that sent me defective product and after that i will replace your tablet within 10 days.


      after 10 days i contacted to mr santeesh shah he told me that withdrawn legal notice first then only zync global pvt. ltd will replace the tablet.

      india times shopping is fraud site they induce people to buy tablet by giving false information that product is 10 point multi touch but in reality its is only 5 point multi touch.

      and

      zync global pvt. ltd. is also fraud and cheater co. first they has sent me defective tablet and there is software problem in the tablet. and illegally complled me to legal notice first then only replacement will be made.

      sir /mam kindly publicize my issue and bring the real faces before public of above two co. malpractices.

      if anyone purchse zync z 1000 tablet from india times shopping then they can get refund of their price because goods sold by india times shopping not as per description . the details of india times shows that product is 10 point multi touch but in reality product is only 5 point multi touch.

      every person who got cheated can sent a legal notice to them and compel them for refund.

        Dear Sir,
        I had planned to buy a tablet for basic use. I found out Zync dual 7 tablet which was just launched in the month of March 2013. So I went to Zync website for detailed information/specifications regarding the product and to understand the supported/compatible accessories for this Zync dual y tablet. After going through the website in details finally I liked the product and decided to purchase the same from Snapdeal. and ordered it on 8/4/2013, both the Zync Dual 7 tablet & Zync 7" Tablet keyboard Dairy (which was mentioned as compatible on Zync website). Refer attached file "Zync Cheating-False information on Website.jpg"

        After receiving both the products from snapdeal, I got excited and immediately opened the product and tried connecting the Zync tablet keyboard dairy with my Zync Dual 7 tablet and i got shocked that it was not detecting on my tablet. I tried it several times using many different types of converter cables including (OTG cables) from retail market. I immediately called up the Zync support number mentioned on their website (FOR HELP & SUPPORT SOCIAL NETWORK(S), Zync Phone +[protected]. I tried it many times to call the number but the Zync music goes on while my call gets on hold and after keeping it hold for 15-20 mins suddenly my call gets disconnected. I tried the same repeatedly for several days. Luckily one day my call got connected and I have told the Zync representative regarding the tablet keyboard compatibility issues that I was facing. He said that it usually should not happen. Further said that since it's mentioned on our website then it must definitely work. Also told me that the OTG cable that you have received with Zync tablet might be faulty/defective and further said they will send me the fresh new OTG cable and not to worry it will definitely work.

        I have received the new OTG cable but with the new OTG cable again it was not working. The keyboard was not detecting on my tablet. Them immediately I called up the Zync customer care and again it took me many days to just get my call connected to Zync support, but was never successful (pathetic experience). One day my call got connected, I told them all the above issues regarding keyboard not detecting with new cable as well. I have waited for many days to get resolution for the same. After getting annoyed form the response and services that I have received from Zync I argued with them that Why you people are cheating customers? Why you people are mentioning false information on your website that bla... bla... accessories compatible on Dual 7?
        I told them that yo are misguiding customers and said him to visit their own website in my presence while my cell was on hold (at the same time I have also opened the Zync website on my laptop). He agreed that yes it's mentioned on website and will talk to the technical team and get back to me. till today they never called me. Further I argued with them and said that I will go to consumer compliant/consumer form and complaint regarding Zync for keeping false information on website and misguiding customers and at the same time I took snapshot of their website (using print screen facility on my laptop) and said them that I will also send this snapshot to consumer forum, so that I have a proof in case they change or modify/delete the information from their website. There was no response at all from Zync representative.

        When I opened the website next day, I new it would have been removed (because the way I argued with them) and no surprise I was right.
        They people literally completely removed the compatibility section under specifications column in Zync Dual 7.
        Thank God, luckily I had already taken the snapshot on that day. I am attaching the snapshot for your reference. See attached file "Zync Cheating-False information on Website..jpg". The "compatible addons" section is completely removed after my fight with them and informing them that I will be going to consumer complaint.

        This is the worst experience I ever had while purchasing as well as complaining about the product.

                Hi All,

                I have bought a Zync Tab 909 Plus in Nov and the product genereated too much of heat. so raised a complaint through customer care. Based on their advice I have sent the product for service. Post service I have received dead product, when I checked with them they suggested to re-send it. I have resent it once again for service. A month after I have receved a call from them as the product is having physical damage and have to pay 1500 to replace the part. Since the part is having -in warranty and not used by me for a day. Moreover they said internal part was damaged. Internaly part won't be damaged without external damage.

                These people are cheeting the customers. My friends bought these products and all the item thrown to dust bin.

                May of the money loosers like me, suggesting don't every buy Zync or any other product from internet.

                  This I wrote to Zync support :
                  As discussed with call center on dated 22nd Feb 2013 4 time regarding Z1000 Tablet S/N : GWZYZ[protected] & IMEI : [protected] ,invoice no. ZYNC/Retail/2012-13/16833 Dated 19th Feb 2013 , Supplier's Ref no. 037944 & Buyer Order No. 037944 which was down since from day one & not able to update your software which we downloaded from your website as per instruction given by your collegues , further they informed me to handover same to nearer service center , same I handover on dated 23rd Feb 2013 at 11:30am to Anil Communication - Panvel - Maharashtra, Pin Code 410206, his contact no [protected], he checked & informed that he need/require to install new software , but he said he not having software to update my Tablet he will write mail & inform verbally to concern person & let you know , but till date he not informed me , yesterday I called him & asked about my tablet updation he said I not got CD yet & he said I will let you same within 10 minutes but unfortunately he not calling me I calling him since from day one.

                  Very poor service I am getting from local service center ...

                  I paid 10990 Rs from my pocket & I want now new Tablet for above issue

                  Day one problem means it will last long till end....

                  Today : Since from 22nd Feb 2013 , I follow with this people aleast 5 to 6 time & wrote mail 11 times & they said they will reply within two days & at last they told me final reply you will get on Saturday (2nd March 2013) and now they saying they g wait .. you will get reply on 8th March 2013 after fifth day . Sir pls let me how many days I have to wait for replacement ........ What I can do now I paid around 11 thousand for said Handset

                    I have booked tablet in naptol.com which is cash on delivery..process first i received the product and payed the bill when i opened the tablet it is not able to switch on & its look like a used product i kept it for charging for 2-4 hrs but its not charging so i called them and they told that send it for replacement so i sent it to replacement they told that they will send it back within 15 days..(working)
                    After 15 days i received the product but this time accessories are missing, again i called them and reg. a complaint (Missing Accessories + Screen is faulty) from that day i m still taking a follow up, but still there is no solution. i have been calling him since month he is just postponing dates i m really fred up with this people.
                    So i m requesting u to take some serious action against them plz sir help me...

                      We recently bought a ZYNC Z930(Tablet PC) from shopping.indiatimes.com on 13th December 2012. When we received the product as we turned it on it did not start up and stucked on the fist boot logo. We conatct the customer care with hours of waiting as they dont pick up the call. Then they sent me a kind of software which I installed. With this fix I was able to turn on the tablet but it was not working as I assumed it to be. I was unsatisfied. I called up the indiatimes for repair or return but they were helpless and directed me to the ZYNC helpline. I again contacted them and they again told me to download some softwares. However, I am neither able to download then nor able to use the tablet as it hangs a lot and it isn't working properly. Both of the concerned companies or organisations are helpless.

                        I, had purchesed this tablet from ebay.com in augest 2012.Its not working properly and rebooting.It gets switched off even the battery is fully charged.I tryed to contect ebay, they told me to contect penta tab Customer care.What should I Do .please help me out.

                          Dear Consumer Complaint Team

                          I purchased two Zync products i.e Zync Z5 Phablet and Zync Z1000 Tablet via Indiatimes Shopping on 16th November 2012 and received the products on 21st November 2012.

                          Right from the beginning, I have observed the following issues with the products:

                          Zync Z5 Phablet:

                          The Sound suddenly stops working with all applications like music player, video player, ringtones,etc indicating that the speaker is defective.
                          The battery temparature suddenly goes above 46 degree C even when the phone is not charging or not in use.

                          Zync Z1000 Tablet:

                          I am getting 3G Network on all my other smartphones and tablets, however on scanning for network with Zync Z1000 Tablet, I am only getting 2G Networks. Also it does not detect most of the SIM Cards I have i.e Idea, Airtel Vodafone,Reliance. Only 2G Networks are available. However I am getting all networks on my other devices. I have read complaints from other customers too that their 3G doesn't work. Please check the below link for product reviews on Flipkart.com

                          I had purchased both the products considering their excellent technical specifications, however am very dissatisfied with the issues faced with both the products. Moreover the issues cropped up within less than a week.

                          On calling the Zync Support they asked me to try factory reset. Since it didn’t work they asked me to send the product to the Service Centre. A reverse pick-up was arranged from their end on 5th December 2012. The products reached their Service Centre on 7th December 2012.

                          After 6 days of receiving the product they called me yesterday to inform that the Back Panel is broken during transit and that I will have to pay Rs. 2000/ towards the same. What the hell is going on???

                          Zync is selling defective products, providing worst customer support and moreover cheating people by extraditing money. They are the biggest FRAUDS, I have ever seen !!!

                          I am really frustrated now and would like to ask them the following:

                          1. Were they sleeping for 6 days after receiving the courier? Is it not their duty to check the courier for any damages when they received it?
                          2. Who will compensate for the time taken from the date of purchase of product till date, since I haven’t been able to use the product ever since the purchase?
                          3. I want compensation for the waste of my time, energy and mental trauma faced due to this issue. I needed the product for my exams for watching lecture videos. Now my exams are getting over.
                          4. After carefully packing the product as per their instructions with Bubble paper and double packing, how can they say that product was not properly packed?
                          5. If the damage has been made in transit, why not hold the courier company responsible for the damages and why the customer?
                          6. If they can’t troubleshoot the Product defect, they should not find reasons to harass the customer. They better refund my money and close down the company.

                          I request you to initiate strict action against them at the earliest.

                              I would like to give a review of Zync Z990 tablet never buy this kind of chines product need to band this types of product and seal this types of company

                              I had order this tablet through online company after 1 month tablet problem is faced by me is when i put this tablet on charging it’s got automatically switch off, application is not working, Automatically screen rotating, SD card application is not working properly, Screen light is blinking after informing zync about this problem they provide me some link to format the tablet on 24th July 2012 (http://50.28.15.25/~zyncglo/downloads/firmware/zync-z990/Android-4-For-Z990.zip... after downloaded the software from above link, i had inform them boss i have downloaded the software on 25th July 2012 please tell me the procedure to format the tablet Mr. Sumeet from Zync tablet who is seating in Delhi they give me a training on phone, first of all i never ever learn chines language but for this tablet i have learned a chines language, i have done all the thing to format this tablet which is not happen so they inform me we will take back this tablet to my service center which is in Delhi they had taken my home address and inform me courier guy will come with in 3 working day and collect the tablet from your home step which is not happen till date so i have sent this tablet to there service center on my risk by paying of INR 250.00 for courier on 29th July 2012 they received this tablet with them on 5th Aug 2012 they inform me every thing is working fine we are sending back this tablet to you after 1 week i got this tablet on 17th Aug 2012 i have checked as follow.


                              After full charging screen show blur from side of the screen.

                              Watching Video is bad quality.

                              Application Icon Out of LCD screen resolution.

                              After receiving this tablet from there service center i had charged for 3-4 hours after that green light shown on top and i tried to start the tablet but same was not started for 1 day, i have taken a video of that on that day tablet is heating only not showing any display on screen like it is going to blast.

                              After a day it is automatically started and showing battery low i have scared and not touch the tablet might be it’s going to blast.

                              Next day My Brother put that tablet for charging and same problem is happening screen is displaying but heating problem is the same.


                              After sending them an email on 21st Aug 2012 about this problem i got a call from Mr. Shaun we will again take back this product to our service center i will personally check the same.

                              Again i called them to inform that your guy is not come to my home step Mr. Shaun inform me do what you want to do i will not send my courier guy.

                              Same procedure taken a address but guy is not came to my home step now please tell me should i got to consumer court.

                              I have also problem face zync z990 plus apps not working (signature error) apps restart always error I don't know what to do send company or not they provide courier service but courier risk service
                              I bought zync tab frm Delhi. Aftr some weak charging problem is occurd.
                              I sent it service centr. Aftr that it is ready to use.

                              I was restore. During reset its softwear erase.

                              For me also facing same which you mention above and the Zync service center very very worst they are again again sending defective products.. there is no well known service engg and talking like roadside sellers...                               i purchased one mobile model no z5 dual core processor on dated 11.03.2013 through yebhi.com from the very day of purchase the mobile was not charging. i have taken this matter with the support team of the yebhi.com they advised me to contacts the service the centre of the company. but the this is problem is not charging and touch is already crack and this set not properly used to mobile.i have to case in the company of zync global pvt .ltd this is poor company and customer is not solve to case and touch screen is not working and touch is automatic is crack and push the touch is crack screen it is contact is customer care is chargeable to fee is 2500/- Rs but i am not deposit to amount and please request to company is case for me to high count i will be tomorrow .

                                I have ordered Zync Tablet 919 from Indiatimes shopping and got a faulty and defective product and used product .I have been calling Indiatimes shopping for replacement of product from past 5 days and I have not recieved a confirmation when this product will be replaced. I have read many complaints about Zync Ipad on this forum ..This company is a cheat as it sends defective product to all customers ..and Indiatimes shopping has tied up with such suppliers .

                                I plea to all people who have got Zync defective product and got their money wasted to report to Pahredar on CNBC channel .So this company is not able to cheat more people ..
                                if anyone purchse zync z 1000 tablet from india times shopping then they can get refund of their price because goods sold by india times shopping not as per description . the details of india times shows that product is 10 point multi touch but in reality product is only 5 point multi touch.

                                every person who got cheated can sent a legal notice to them and compel them for refund.

                                  I have purchase a tablet ZYNC Z919 (GWZY[protected]) from infiben online shoping. I recieved this product on 20 july 2012 as soon as i recieved i checked it, is it working properly or not then i saw there is some problem in opretion of tablet and i called them for resistering the complaint, they told me we will give service center address but they did not provided any one then i called many times but not recieved positive responce. As its 30 days replacement warrenty . then I called to zync coustomer center they suggested to do some things after that also it is not working properly .i am attaching a video of it, So please help me for the same

                                  This company is a very big fraud ..It gives defective pieces to all the people ..I am one of them who have got defective piece and I have seen so many people complaining about this company ...please write mail to pahredaar cnbc channel about this company .This program addresses such issues, and company responds to them as their image might get tarnished once their name is in media ...I would also suggest to all people who have received Zync tablet to come together and file a police complaint so that ceo of company should be punished .
                                  The company is a big fraud. Every time you send a product to them for repair, they will return it with more defects, and make some excuse or other to extort more money from you.

                                  If you buy their product, assume it has gone for charity to fund the salaries of these crooks.

                                  i am also being treated in similar way for this tablet. Its worst ever product and total waste of money. Their customer service is pathetic. The greatest thing is the company is trying to expand all over the world but dont have money to setup toll free customer service number. There is only one number for everything. Also no escalation contacts, who the hell is running the company.. will be sued shortly.

                                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                                    I had purchased a new Zync tablet Z919 from Letsbuy.com in April in the name of Ankit Kasliwal.

                                    I received a defected piece. When I reach to letsbuy.com they suggested me to contact Zync support.

                                    I registered my complaint on Zync customer support desk. They picked my tablet from my home for repairing for 2 times and charged 300rs each time for delivery but still I am not able to start my tablet.

                                    ZYNC cheated me. I want my money back or new Zync tablet in working condition.

                                    All together I am really having a harrowing time with the attitude show by the Zync Employees and support care to my problems.

                                    Please make some necessary actions to finalize the issue. The last option that I see is to go to consumer court. This is not the matter of Rs6000. It is the matter of customer satisfaction, trust and reliability.

                                    Please do the needful.

                                    Hi Me too not recieving the the z909 plus tablet and now there are not even receiving my calls. I'm simply wasting money on calls waiting for then responses from the cc. Please anyone guide me to get my defected tablet in good condition.
                                    I made a big mistake of buying Zync Z919 tablet through seventymm. Since day one it has some problem or other.
                                    I have made at least 50 complaints for one tablet.
                                    It takes at least 10 complaints for them to even listen.
                                    Every time they take product for repair, it comes back in even worse condition.
                                    Whenever they replace, they send another defective product.
                                    All their tablets are defective.
                                    Moreover, they will try to extort money from you, saying screen got broken in transit, which is their responsibility.
                                    Upon complaining to seventymm, they will never help.
                                    Never ever deal with any of these two companies. Better give your money to some charity
