Its been 4 months now but still i have not received my deposit amount back
I have trying and calling billing desk but there is no proper response from their end
Pathetic service from staff

    Sir,
    Angioplasty surgery has been done to me by Dr. Chetan Shah on dt 19/12/2018 at your Ghatkopar(w) hospital. I have deposited 1.0 lac by NEFT on dt 18/12/2018. As medical advance my office, i.e., Assistant Registrar, Co-operative societies Roha, has also deposited 1.5 lac by NEFT. On the discharge dt 21/12/2018, I found my bill is Rs. 2.15 lac. But remaining 35, 000/- is not refunded to me. I knew from Mr Desai your Ghatkopar Account Officer that refund cheque will be sent to respective government ac. NEFT obtained. Today Mr Desai Account Officer told me that hospital has sent refund cheque to Commisioner Pune office.
    But that cheque will not be encashed as above office is a sanctioning authority for this Rs.1.5 lac as medical advance (not a medical aid) and the money was drawn and disbursed by Assistant Registrar, Co-operative societies Roha as I am a government servant. This refund money will remain in your hospital account.
    At the same time I have to submit and get sanctioned earliest my entire Rs.2.15 lac medical reimbursement bill with utilization of advance Rs. 1.5 lac, otherwise my office will deduct entire Rs 1.5 lac with interest from my salary. Please find the enclosed order dt 11/12/2018 which says about this medical advance and recovery. Please do the needful to get my refund money and to avoid unnecessary paperwork.

    Please read govt. order dt 11/12/18 carefully. There is no single word about medical help/ medical subsidy/ medical aid which are unrecoverable from patient. But letter is about medical advance Rs. 1.5 lac and its recovery from my salary. If entire 2.15 reimbursement bill is not submitted and sanctioned in given period due to wrong receipts and payments from your side, my office will recover Rs. 1.5 lac with interest from my salary. Please do needful. T H Latane

      My Dad was admitted to Zynova heartcare hospital, Ghatkopar, Mumbai on 17-Dec-2016. He was fit n fine and had gone by his own along with us in cab for angio graphy. When we reached the hospital. He got minor attack and Dr. Chetan Shah suggested to admit him in ICU and post giving sugession doctor went to his clinic. The assistant doctor gave him an injection to thiner the blood. My dad recovered on the same day but next day morning around 4.30am the assistant doctor called me and suggested to give oxgen ventilation to my dad and when i went to see my dad he was alright all parts were working properly then i asked if every thing is fine then why they want to give oxygen ventilation they said no he has breathing problem and which can occur at any time and asked to sign on the form and they will give the oxygen ventilation when ever required. I didnt sign and ask them to call me when they require to give oxygen ventilation as i was waiting outside the ICU room but they didnt called me so i again ask for the permission to enter in ICU to see my dad. When i saw him he was very fine and he ask me to shift him to other hospital as per him the hospital and staff were not good. We requested Dr. Chetan Shah to come at around 10am but he didnt come till 11.30am so we decided to take him directly to hinduja hospital and we have booked the room on phone and ask the hospital to prepare the bill. Assistant doctor Sachin was only working on how to increase the bill it seems he has a target to complete and taking time to give the details to prepare the bill and after some time he came and said dad's health is becoming critical and in some time he got major attack. I dont know what he has given to my Dad.

      Dr. Chetan Shah visited too late when everything was messed up.

      It was all due of ignorance of Doctors and staff my dad lost his life. They dont even have proper technology.

      If you love your family member then please dont ever take them to this hospital.

        I would strongly recommend consumers / patients to stay away from the Zynova Heart Hospital in Ghatkopar (W). My father was admitted there recently and we went throw a very poor experience compared to the exhorbitant prices we had to pay. This is definitely not the place to go if you are looking for a peace of mind or good customer service.
