A flat of 285sqft was purchased from Annai builders on 10thdec2011. rs 1. 61lacs was paid as initial &remaining amt on various stages of completion . further 2 more stages for rs6. 5 lacs was paid before june12. the completion was dragged till march13. Their sales team provides false commitment and try to push the consumer for deal, later after collecting money they are not willing to see the customer also . Yes its true... I've booked flat in annai builders on innagural day itself and within a month i've signed agreement with the builder by paying 20% amount from total cost. Now they are telling they have changed the plan and resubmitted for approval and area size will vary based on their new plan and i have to pay the varience amount or else asking me to switch to some other block or to cancel my agreement itself... snacks sold at the Annai Abirami theatre. Purchased two puff at interval on 15 June night 10 PM show. (Manam kothi Paravai, tamil). The puff tasted bad as soon as i kept in my mouth, thinking that i have become old enough to eat all those stuff, so i did not.

Annai Meenakshi Gas Agencies situated in Anna Nagar West is my Gas Cylinder provider. I have replaced the empty cylinder yesterday night. But, there is a gas leakage in the cylinder replaced. Since it was night, I have clsoed the cylinder knobs and not used. But, from today monring, I have been trying to reach the GAS Leakage Service number[protected]... As per agreement, Annai builder is refusing to give the Sanitary ware after construction of the house. I got the new house at Wimco Nagar (Tiruvottriyur) from Annai builder. While construction, we asked to change some of the Sanitary ware items which they providing by default, to products which we provide...
