[Resolved]  Aircel — Added extra VAS charges

My number is [protected] .I have not used any vas services and the company has charged for it and has added that in my bill
I will not pay for the services that are not used by me. Kindly clear all these charges so that I can pay the real amount that I have used.

moreover even after porting my number to Vodafone they are sending me bill and have again added vas charges .i had Internet pack and I never asked them to deactivate it still without my knowledge there have deactivated the Internet pack and have added extra Internet charges
kindly help me remove all these charges

We would like to inform you that you have subscribed Value Added Services like BEAWD35, POCKETG99, YOUTH50 on your number via WAP mode on 28th July’16, 4th, 6th, 14th, 15th & 16th August’16 for which you have been charged Rs.516/- . The VAS got activated post double consent from your end. Hence, the charges are found correct and no waiver applicable for the same.
