[Resolved] Aircel — amont deducted | |||
I have recharged my aircel number on 5/10/14 at 9.15 PM for net worth rs 148 (unlimited 2 GB DATA for 30 days) and for main balance did the the recharge of 69 on which got talk time of rs 73. After access YouTube for 28 minutes my account balance became 0.5 paisa. When I tried to call customer support then got a reply that I have insufficient balance to make this call . Again after recharging of rs 10 I called at 24:05 then I found customer support service timing is from 8am-12am. Finally on 6/10/14 I spoke to some executive of aircel customer support he said he can see only last update till 4th Oct. When I asked what about 5th October ? He replied aircel need 24 hrs time to update their system. I asked for refunding my money back, got a reply that I need to wait for 24 hrs, I asked for complaint number then again he said it will be generated after 24 hours. Felt bad, I am just 8 days old customer of aircel, and my experience is so worst.I am proud to say that other networks are far better eg: VODAFONE is far better.
