I an using a aircel number [protected] the mobile balance is 1252 this is not my parmanent mobile nunber so therefor i am not use in 10 days after 10 days when i check my phone balance but i an shock my balance is 834 only then iam dial complain number 198 but my number but this number not cannect the then ia am uusing my friend mobile number to camplain but aircel told me i am using my last 5 days ago to call isd call but my number is swatch off to last 10 day so please do my payment refund to aircel
