Aircel — bill not receive and over extra amount payment

my aircel no;[protected] a/c no 1-[protected] use in 3 years bills not i am get in. but pay on all month add over amount. this month bill not receive in my adders.already extra payment in my account. no response in details bills. no balance in previous month.

my complaint is not solve. my payments inform uptate my account in extra amount pay bills. further concerned legal action department.worest of mobile service in aircel.this mater is response in social media networks shared.all customers avoid in aircel network.all consumers rejection the aircel assure offers
