I faced an arrogant behavior from an employee in authorised aircel showroom. He is playing is playing jokes on me, a customer. He tried to cheat me even.
I want complain on him.
Actually i went to a nearby aircel office to get my number reactivated and asked whether i will get any balance since i had to pay 100 rupees for the same. He replied " yes how much do u want - one thousand! Seriously.." Then i questined his arrogance he said he said he is joking(with serious face). Then again he asked for hundred rupees for reactivation and definitely i will be getting balance from back end. When asked another employee i confirmed that he is lieing.
Showroom add: beside punjab national bank, erragadda, hyderabad

How to stop auto renewal ???
There is also no such codes to stop this ...
And by dialing 155223.. it is said that there is no VAS services are activated..
But daily 5rs is cut from my balance..
