I activated the roaming pack of rs 8 on friday i. E 27 may 2016 for the activation of roaming service they deducted my balance and still roaming pack wasnt active and now when i am trying to call to complaint line they ain't recieving my call and call is getting disconnected!!! When my problem is gonna short out??? Chutiye company

We would like to inform that you have taken Rs 8/- roaming pack and benefits were applicable on Aircel network only and while you were on roaming and were latched on to Vodafone network hence did not receive the benefit.
