[Resolved]  Aircel Delhi — Didn't get recharge through online payment

Dear Sir/Madam, This is amit my mobile number is [protected] today my number is ported from Airtel to Aircel and i recharge my account with Rs 249 through internet from Aircel.com My transaction id is DLR[protected] but i didn't get the benefit of the recharge i only get 249 mb data and 249 local and national sms but didn't get the Full talk time of Rs 249 today i talked to 198 Customer care service, again my account balance is deducted by Rs 36
