Aircel — Delivery issue in my portability from Airtel | |||
This is Dinesh from Chennai and my no is +91-[protected]. I just ported my service from Airtel postpaid to Aircel postpaid, on 4th April 2015 i got a message from Aircel that my service has been activated on the same day at 22:19:00, but its 6th March 2015 there is no signal on my phone saying no network access I complaint the same to the customer care too but its waste of my time very poor poor responses. Now I am in the situation that I am not able to use neither Airtel nor Aircel, what's going on if I could know before porting I am promising that I never ever change my network to such a irresponsibility company. After all this I mailed my issue to all the concern department but again no response till now I am seriously fed up with these, please clear my issue as early as possible because at least for 3months i want to use your network its my fate.
