[Resolved] Aircel — Fraudulent | |||||
Though i had an active internet pack activated that should have been active for 7 days from the day of recharge was done, in the next couple of days the entire balance of 79 - 85 rs was withdrawn by this scam company. I am sure that i have not used 300mb of data and my phone would disconnect the internet when it is up to that level and i sure thta using only whats up would not suck 300md of data. This scam company can deduct money, but cannot send a notification when the net pack is over at least then is is not actually over. The same ways, i have a special plan activated for cost cutting and that never works. I am being charged with the actual amount. This is the 3rd time i am writing a complaint against this company on the same portal and none can give me a courtesy call. Upon this they do the stupid marketing when we try to call someone having some ivr lady talk for few seconds. Bad company. No wonder that this company was a huge scam and it was sold to another giant scam reliance that could scam a lot than what the actual scam is. Was this information helpful? | |||||
