I was rechare on my aircel number [protected] from paytm recharge was successful on time after 24 hours my balance are nil. without any notification to me. and customer care people are disconnecting my call, when i was trying to complaint on 198 or 121. not answering Was this information helpful? | |||||

Thanks and Regards Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support Feb 03, 2017 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Prashant Bagdi, As per the records, there is a balance deduction of Rs 35/- towards value added services activated on 22nd Jan 2017. However, we have already deactivated the services even the amount of Rs 35/- has been credited as talk time balance to your Aircel number [protected] as a goodwill gesture (dated: - 23rd Jan 2017). Further, we would like to update you that there is no additional deduction found on your number from 1st Jan 2017 till date. Moreover, we wish to confirm you that post recharging your number for Rs 50/- on 21st Jan 2017 you have made 10 calls, and the last call duration was 1714 sec (28.56minutes) which charged you Rs 34.28/- as you have latched on to Reliance Network (in Mumbai circle places where we do not have our network in those areas we have tied up with Reliance due to which you are getting “R” signal). Additionally, we request you to recharge your Aircel account with talk time balance and select network manually to Aircel to enjoy uninterrupted services.
