[Resolved]  Aircel — Got cheated from aircel representative (My mobile no : [protected])

Hi Team,
Previously I were in Airtel Network and planned to change my network
through mobile portability.On that time I checked with your representative
and he suggested me a postpaid offer called "AIRCEL SMART 250(CUG)".

Plan Details as follows(As he told me),
Unlimited 3G - 1.5 GB
200 Local/National SMS
200 Local Mins

(Also attached pamphlet received from representative where you can see the plan details...)

But plan activated for me is Aircel Smart 249 CUG with only 1GB 3G.
I totally disappointed with that.Because I received better offers from other network representatives, reason I chooses Aircel is totally because of 1.5GB 3GB.

I have purchased two more aircel CUG postpaid numbers([protected] with
225 and [protected] with 199 plan) for my family. So that I can speak with free of cost to those numbers.

Now I cant move to my old network or other network for 90 days. If I move, I have
to cancel other two numbers as well.

My total plan collapsed from because of wrong plan got activated.


Please review and let me know what action I have to do now.
