On [protected], the Bill for Last Month is showing Rs 292 against Roaming which is quite high and disproportionate. If you do not have services in Haryana and bill due to other service vendors you use, it is important to see that customer is aware of the fact and it is flawless. Neither I was aware nor their was connection during that time and bill for few hours for trial for Google Map should not be such a high amount. Kindly reverse it and do the needful. We would like to inform you that we have checked and found that you have been charged for GPRS usage in Roaming circle Haryana on VODAFONE network that’s’ why you have been charged as per base plan i.e. 10p/10kb. The charges are found correct. Hence, we won't be able to post any adjustment in this regard.
