[Resolved] Aircel — internet connectivity issues | |||
Ref no given by the gprs team is : -[protected] Since last one month I have been facing serious problem with my aircel 3g. Multiple times I called the customer care to raise a complaint against this, but till now it's not resolved. Specifically during the evening 6-7 hours the Internet speed of my both the connections goes down horribly and I am no able to do any of my official work. No webpage opens properly. And network disconnects so many times. I have not got any satisfactory response from the GPRS team, though they had assured of quick resolution.
