Aircel — Main account balance deduction | |||
Hi, I have lost my Main account balance so I raised a complaint on 8.12.15 complaint number 1-[protected]. On 09.12.15. I received a message from customer service stating that. ”Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 9.12.2015. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30 days through email/facsimile/post/call center” But I didn’t receive any call for solving the issues. They just simply sent the message without solving it.. After my continues follow-up they said still the complaint is open and forwarded to concern team. It was happen due to Chennai Flood Aircel got network issues they said. Still now no response for it. Again I topped up my account for Rs60/- and star using it made 3 calls which is totally about 4min. But I lost my total balance. While I called the customer care they said “due to Aircel network problem your mobile is connected with Reliance network during that time u used internet so your main account balance is detected. As I am using my Internet pack, I asked them to check my internet balance they confirmed that I am having 565mb expiry dt. 25 dec2015. During that time. At that time I am in Chennai only so there is no point of telling its because of Roaming cost. For this they registered a complaint #[protected] dt 10/12/2015. . I received a message from customer service stating that. ”Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number #[protected] dt 10/12/2015 has been resolved on 11.12.2015. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30days through email/facsimile/post/call center” They just simply sent it without solving. So far I have last 96+26 rs. I am keep on calling customer care but every time I am getting different, different stories from them. I requested concern team to Solve this issues immediately. For these issues presently I have stop using Aircel sim which I used more than 8yrs Was this information helpful? | |||
