[Resolved] Aircel — Net balance deduction unethical | |||||
Dear team, I have complained previously n now also. The thing is aircel is not providing data balance message as it used to do previously. Due to this we are loosing our mail balance. Some times huge amount in minutes. This is very pathetic. It hurts customer service. When companies like airtel are providing why are u not able to do so. I request you to do this asap as i don't want to loose any further money due to this issue and u should also not force us to shift to other networks as iam in aircel from last few years. Hopefully u should start this service asap as i thing every data user is facing the same issue. Moreover for net u should not deduct main account balance without customers permission. Aircel — second time deduction of my money from my account
i am [protected] number holder, from my account 30 Rs was deducted on date[protected] and on[protected] Rs was deducted without intimating me. i want my money back.
