[Resolved]  Aircel — not allowing to port to another network

My mobile number is [protected]. I did request to change network on[protected]. More than 10 days, but still no response. So i called 198 and they telling the port request is closed due to bill payment remaining, it is stupid reply. I never used postpaid in any network, i'm using aircel prepaid only.

So they asked me to visit showroom, when i ask them where is the showroom they asked me to send sms to 121. But the reply i got from 121 is a mobile shop, when i call the shop they telling why asking me these things, its a shop not aircel showroom.

Is this the quality of your network? Leave everything. What happened to my porting request? Why it got cancelled? What kind of payment is pending from me?

Did you read the complaint properly ? I already got UPN number and gave request to airtel 10 days ago. but when I call aircel they telling the port request cancelled due to pending amount. My port SR#1-[protected]. I have never used any other product than this prepaid sim, so no chance of pending amount . Did you get my point ?
