Aircel — Not get talktime

I recharge my aircel (+91-[protected]) number with 108 rs. online by a ICICI bank application at 28 june 2016 morning but didn't get any message or balance from aircel.
my bank account is credited same time but i haven't get any talktime and message from aircel. can you please help me asap.

We request you to get in touch with your bank for a reversal. If the transaction gets failed and the amount gets debited, it is credited by the bank within 15 business days.
