[Resolved] Aircel — not processing mnp requests | |||
Hi team, Almost 4 months back, i kept mnp from aircel to airtel twice. It was rejected and i don't the the reasons. Please let me know why it has been rejected. Last saturday 12-aug-2017, i tried to keep mnp from aircel to jio... It has been rejected again... I contacted aircel customer care on 20-aug-2017 to know the reasons. I didn't get proper response, reasons and asking me to wait 3 more months and call has been drop with out answers. Please let me know and i need solutions for it asap. Fyi: i cleared all my debits. Verified Support Aug 21, 2017 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Ashok Raja Boda, We would like to inform you that your MNP request has been rejected as your number ([protected]) with new SIM number[protected] has not completed 90 days yet. This is my aircel number [protected]. suddenly it came to no service mode. am not able to get or make any calls. i tried my sim with other handsets also but that doesn't work for me.
