Aircel — not processing refund

My no [protected] had been ported out from aircel to bsnl in last month after that i recharged my account with 50 rs from freecharge but due to their app mistake the money transferred to aircel instead of bsnl. Freecharge claiming that they tried to contact aircel regarding the same but as they are fraud and cheating company they are refusing to give the money back. I believe if it had happened to me it might had happened to others too. I want you to take strict action against the aircel so they will not do it again to any one.
