[Resolved] Aircel — Postpaid bill related | |||
Hi Team, Please be informed i have ported my vodafone no. to Aircel. As it is complted two months of post paid connections from Aircel But didn't get any Bill from Aircel. Also frequently means till date 20 to 25 times call to Aircel regarding this only get reply that your request has been raised and your query will resolved within 4 hours/2 days. Also they sent an email query has been resolved without resolve the same. In this case i was also paid my 1st month bill without view my Bill, that how much they charged to me /Call rate match to the company's committed offer or not and now this is for second month i face the same issue. I sure that company charged me extra from their basic rate. Kindly consider the case and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Also i want justice that company will be charged for the same kind of irresponsible service towards the consumer. I need company must punished for the same kind of deal.
