[Resolved] Aircel — Postpaid to Prepaid migration delayed | |||||
My Postpaid plan have been upgraded without my knowledge, so i planned to switch to Prepaid for this process to change it took almost 20days to change. most of the time they the application is down come after few days in the showroom. now the verification process is delayed, now they are saying we have not received the documents yet, when i called to verify 59059. Worst service by Aircel, I'm now planning to switch to Airtel prepaid once this has been changed successsfully. Was this information helpful? | |||||
