[Resolved]  Aircel — Roaming charged heavily even after roaming pack

Dear team, I am highly demotivated after talking one of your executive in delhi office named NISHA.My phone no is [protected], as i was going out of the state i bought roaming pack + voice call recharge in which some data was also free(around 200 mb) But in spite of this i was charged heavily for calls as well as data.i was shocked for 3-4 mb data 40 rs deducted.total voice + data i was extra charged Rs 100 .Worst thing when i called customer care one of the executive NISHA talked very rudely u can check with your system. Please take my concern and resolve it asap. Thanks and Regards///

With reference to your
query we would like to inform you that benefits of roaming pack and internet
packs are only applicable on Aircel network while in national roaming.


Further
as per our records you have used the services of shared Aircel number [protected]
on Vodafone Bihar network and get charged as per the standard roaming tariff.


We would also like to inform you that the services used on Aircel
Bihar network get charged as per the roaming rate cutter and pocket internet
pack and no discrepancy have been found.
