Aircel — Take my main balance Continously

Hi My Aircel number 9942XXXX34. 1)This Month Complaint On 30.08.2014 I have main balance of Rs. 298 suddenly amount deduced to Rs.198 i'm not subscribed to anything. Later i call your customer service they said amount will be refund within 48 hours. Not yet amount was refunded. Please Refund my amount as soon as possible. Complaint number: 1-[protected] 2) Last Month Complaint: I recharged my aircel number [protected] for Rs.453 on 23rd July 2014. And I have main balance of Rs. 354.7 suddenly amount deduced to Rs.279 i'm not subscribed to your VAS services. Later I contacted your 198 customer call they said you are subscribed to vidotalkies. But i'm not activate this so please refund my account Rs75. Note: I'm Customer of aircel since 8 years. So please response to this mail as soon as possible. And refund my deduced amount. And i'm aircel user since 2006 past 8 years. For the past one month i lost Rs.200 plus from aircel. Cheating Network, Worst Network, Poor Network...etc = AIRCEL Note: If this process continues i will put bad review in all websites about AIRCEL.

Hi Aircel,

We never expect this worst services from you guys. I'm also facing the same issue. Without my knowledge, they are charging 100 RS or more than that, But when we call to them, first they will tell we will refund, then they wont refund. This is really worst service providing network (AIRCEL). I suggest to everyone, dont go for AIRCEL. Change to any other network. Vodofone, airtel are best when we compare to aircel. Even tatadocomo is good when compare to aircel.

Response not get yet. Poor AIRCEL. Very Bad Network. I[censored] Buy Aircel sim you can't talk to your friend's only you spoke to their Service center I mean 198. I called too many times to AIRCEL 198 above 20 times. From mine and My friend's number.
