[Resolved] Aircel Telecommunications — Mentioned 3g data balance not credited | |||
I recharged my aicel number with 225 3g plan. As it was said that 1.5 gb (Instant credit) + 1.5 gb (Will be credited after one hour), the second 1.5 gb has not been credited since last two times. The first recharge done on may 12, 2016 and second on today i. E. May 22, 2016. When i tried to enquire about this from the aircel customer complaints (198), in the first call the representative said that he is unable to fetch any details and i should call after 4 hours. The second time i called the customer care, my call was picked but no one was responding to my voice although i could hear them talk clearly. After this my call has been blocked and and i am not even able to listen the first welcome menus of the customer care. It says that all customer care representatives are busy? Is this what this telecom company boasts about its network service and customer satisfaction? It keeps on charging and delivering its customers the way it likes and when complained, it gets you blocked... If it can not not be delivered, there is no point in making false promises Was this information helpful? | |||
