I have activated APDECPI9 and it auto renewed every day.my mobile number is [protected].pls hlp me to solve this problem.im waxed with this.
I had also the same problem. i talk to the customer care executive he said that he is going to deactivate it . but still it was not solved.

My Aircel number is [protected] from Maharashtra.
I have activate 59 rs pocket internet on 25 th November with validity of 28 days, till 12 December pack is over, some days after I got msg that your PI 59 rs pack will auto renewal in 3 days, to deactivate sms STOP to 59301, so I had done SMS immediately to 59301 but then reply comes no offer exist..
So again I had call to customer care, they told that dial *121*59301#, I have called this code also, but nothing happened.
Now after ending validity I got msg auto renewal fail because insufficient balance.
I don't want to auto renewal that, now when I do recharge it will deduct those charges, even after I following guidelines from aircel.
So, I want to take action on these kind of things and Aircel to deactivate my auto renewal pack.
In between i have activate 47 rs PI pack which could not be affect.
