[Resolved] Aircel — Unable to port out by MNP | |||||
My aircel number is [protected], I sent request to port out and got PORT Code. I submitted it to vodafone. After 1 day, I got call from aircel asking me problems, I told them Network unavailability, so slow speed of data that I can barely use 30 mb from alotted 500mb in postpaid of 225. After call they sent me message of " Docket number 1-[protected] of mnp has been raised". After that I called aircel, they told me that no operator has contacted them regarding my port code. When I asked vodafone they told me that my request has not been accepted even after 3 days of document submission. Please help. I want port out. Kapil Was this information helpful? | |||||
