[Resolved]  Aircel — Unauthorized auto-renewal of internet pack

I have subscribed to aircel pi 9 pack some days back. As there are no options for deactivation and nothing shown like auto renewal, I did not notice that my main balance is deducting. As I noticed(nearly about 1 month after deducting nearly about Rs. 300), I called the customer care, but of no use. They are unable to help. As far s the company, they are cheating the people. Without my consent how the company can auto-renew my internet pack or anything else. This is very disgusting. I want my money back as soon as possible, and also the pack to stop auto-renewing. Or I will go to the furthest to solve it.

You used the word "customer satisfaction"...but where does it belongs??
Where is the resolution for the problem raised??
Nothing found yet, not my balance nor the service.
I am a very old customer of yours, but sorry to say that I will not able to continue to your services. This is my last word with you. I am switching to airtel shortly.
