[Resolved]  Aircel — Unnecessary deduction of balance

I have to lodge a complain against aircel for my no.-[protected]..on 13th june, 2014 I took a recharge of Rs. 47 for 2G data pack 500 MB at 8:45 p.m. and a top up of Rs. 10 at 8:50 p.m. The successful transaction numbers 207:UER[protected] and[protected] message was soon displayed on my mobile, and top up and recharge allotted and Rs.10 and 500 MB were given in the main balance…but as soon as I started turned on the internet, no page could be loaded…and also, my main balance had turned to 0 wen I checked…I don’t know how the compay turned my main balance into nil..maybe they cut the internet charges from main balance, but any page also had not been loaded even once, so it was not a possibility and even if it was, then also it was unfair, because I had got my data pack activated and message of allocation of 500 MBs had been sent on my mobile by the company..and also the data pack has not started working yet..
I called on customer care...i asked the employee on the other side of the phone to check what was the default…he asked me to hold on the phone for sometime, so that he could check the issue…then without replying, he disconnected the phone in a while… after that I tried calling again 20-25 times, but nobody picked up the phone and only voice message came each time, ”all our customer executives are busy, please use self help on 121” and then it disconnected automatically…it really was a big mental harassment now, that there was nobody to hear the issue also in customer support…
And this is not the first time that this kind of problem has occurred…two months back also I had made two transactions of Rs. 28 net pack and a top up of Rs 10. Same problem occurred then..and even charges were cut on calling customer care as the aircel network displayed vodafone there, and they could not get the idea also, how this problem was occurring…but that time I was in Noida and dehradoon respectively, so I thought that there might be a network problem on roaming…now this is my first transaction after that and again the same issue…I have lost money, my time calling the useless customer service of aircel, lost the availability of balance and internet in urgency…I have givern records of my this transaction..for the former recharges and top up of Rs. 28 each and Rs.10, it has been a while, so I myself will need time to search, but the transactions record of that must also be with the company that my balance was lost automatically and data pack left unused, which has happened same as of now…
This is my first ever consumer complaint, and the misconduct of the company really got on my nerves, so I had to do it..
Its my humble request to you, to please enquire into the matter..

they gave me some money back...although they did not return money of old complaints...so i am not completely satisfied, but as the previous complaints were three months old, so they had no record, so nothing could be done

I have 2 aircel sim cards. The company deducted my balance for a service i didnt approved. When i called on customer service, they disconnected my call thrice and blocked my number as no one is picking my number now. I called from another number and told them i am a same person and they disconnected it again.
They are not refunding me the amount and i want it back as they cannot apply a service on my cell phone that i have not used. Neither i approved that service and still they deducted my balance. This has happened second time in this month. First time i didnt say anything but why again and again ?

Are you just kidding me…??!!...I have clearly mentioned in my complain above, that I lost rs 10 top-up twice…two recharges of rs 28 each, which never worked…and a rs. 47 recharge, on this 13th, holding validity till 22nd…and this rs. 47 data pack again didn’t work, inspite of the MBs being provided to me…and its still not working and has to be expired on the 22nd june…and it can be verified that my previous data packs and current one, has all the MBs left…also wen in dehradoon, I called d customer care, ur network connected to Vodafone and I lost balance there also, even on calling customer care, and he even couldn’t resolve the problem also…
So, after having making me lose aprroximately rs. 150 (47+10+10+28+28+ charges of customer care which connected to Vodafone from aircel), and that too in installments, you are providing me rs. 10…!!what a shameful customer service, that you didn’t even provide me atleast the total amount, which I have lost, as compensation…
I removed your sim from mobile, because as your net pack was not working, I had to use data pack of other telecom brand…I am putting on my sim, and I want your customer executive to call me as soon as possible, and the amount which I have lost to be refunded..nobody even picks up the call, when I call your customer care from here and if rarely picked also, they disconnect it..

My Aircel no. is [protected] and alternate no. – [protected]..on the 21st also I tried calling on your customer care at 198…finally the call conneted that day, someone named govind picked up the call, but when I told him the problem, he said that due to technical error, he cannot check into my problem…after some hours, I again called and this time an employee named shahrukh gave the same excuse on the other side of the phone…
Again when I started using the netpack, balance was deducted from main account and I had to stop..balance became from Rs. 10 to 8.50..on d final day of the validity i.e. 22nd, I again called the customer care…then the netpack finally started working, but that too at a v.slow speed(it was just that now charges were not deducted from balance)..i could hardly use 5 MB of the 500 MB data recharge…and that too, I had recharged on 13th, and it started to work on 22nd, i.e the last day of the validity…i had called the customer care, so many times, but there was no proper response...and this Rs. 47 recharge loss is not the first loss…I have lost approximately Rs. 150, the details of which, I have already given in the complaint ..

i have read your mail at my id, and this is my reply...after your poor response, i want to expose your service publicly now, so i am writing it here also-.
I have had enough of your mockery now…I am tired of debating with you and the unsound logics, you give to do away with this matter…I will take this to consumer court now directly, as soon as I get time…and before that, you do me just one favour now, that is to port this aircel no. of yours to Idea..
There are enough reasons of grievances against you.
1.you have written in the last mail, that you tried to contact me..but you never did, because both the aircel no. and the alternate no. which I mailed you were on…there was no call from any aircel employee..
2.i dont know, whether your staff has problems in reading English also or you are trying to befool me..i have clearly mentioned in the complain that my internet pack was already activated, when you deducted my main balance and given the transaction no.s and timings also as a proof…still in your last mail, you said ki charges were deducted, when internet pack was not active…even after taking days to enquire into the problem, you could’t even check properly…I have the transaction and timing message saved in my mobile, which I will use as a proof..
3. in the mail, you have written that you credited 15 rs, which u said were deducted wile I used internet without activating the pack..firstly, already said above the pack was activated, so your this enquiry was wrong..secondly, even those 15 rs. have not been credited to my account…and as said earlier, I had lost around 150 rs, which you are unable to enquire..so obviously, there is no point of complaining about 15rs, I dont even want that…I want my full money lost…but I wrote about those 15 rs, to show you how weak your technical system is, that even the amount you have promised to have credited, has not reached me…
4.in my earlier messages I have already written about your unresponsive customer service, and the overall time you have wasted of mine, after having written so many messages, and I tried myself with my best efforts to help you enquire into the matter, giving you details….but you just wasted my time, not even enquired properly and took no correct step for solution…I have been mentally harassed by the company…enough of it now…

My main balance (from prepaid mobile [protected]) has been deducted today around 2pm. And when I contacted Aircel Customer Care for the reason, I was told that it's deducted because I requested for Data pack through SMS (which I have not done). Why would I do that if I already have an active 3G Data pack on my number? This does not make any sense, seems to be fooled by Aircel once again. This is not the money which I got to waste on such things.

It is a SCAM that these (AIRCEL) people are running. People please don't get fooled by Aircel by thinking they are offering free 3G in the morning or offering lower prices. That is just the bait to attract people to encourage them for using Aircel Connection.

Aircel is always deducted from customers main account. To day when i just attined a company call after that ther is deduction of 29 rupees from my account balance .so I want my money return. My no. Is-[protected]

I have to lodge a complain against aircel for my no.-[protected]. just after inserting the sim into my mobile there was a requirement o[censored]pdation of a software of size 93 mb. After completion of 66% (Approx. 61 mb) a message came that your balance is 0 and processing stop. Though I was informed by the dealer that I have 100 mb of free usage. My mobile balance suddenly became 0 from near about Rs 50. In the background three messages came stating that you have used 60%, 80%, 100% of your free usage quota respectively. Now my question is if I do have a quota then how the company can deduct from my main account balance, what is the definition of quota according to aircel?
Icalled on customer care...I asked the employee on the other side of the phone to check what was the default…he asked me to hold on the phone for sometime, so that he could check the issue…then asked me to call after 12 hours as their server was down. after that I tried calling again many times, but nobody picked up the phone and only voice message came each time, "all our customer executives are busy, please use self help on 121” and then it disconnected automatically, if it is the condition of the server from the support end then what should we expect?…it really was a big mental harassment now, that there was nobody to hear the issue also in customer support…This type of behavior from the customer support also done to others which I found in internet.The misconduct of the company really got on my surprise and make me to think about the service provider second time.

As per system check we have found that you have recharge FRC 56 on[protected] benefit:( All Local & STD at 1.2p/2sec for 90 days, Rs 60 in DA-73 with for 999days(to check dial Dial *513#), Val-90 days, 100 MB 3G/2G data for 30 days, Activation Flow: FRC 56+SRC4/2+TV) for 90 days. As CDR your balance got deducted Rs.60(in DA-73 balance) used GPRS in 3Gconnectivity ( usage 3.9057mb and default charges 15p/10kb ) on 4/10/2016 at 7:36:02 PM, before DA balance Rs 60 & after DA balance Rs 0.0, after crossed free Data balance then charged from DA talktime balance.
So charging found correct and you are not eligible for waiver.
