[Resolved]  Aircel — Wrong benefits in recharge

I recharge my No [protected] Rs 44 as on 25 Jan 17, company send me message u recharge Rs 44=50TT28D but company gives me massage pack, I complain costumer executive regarding Balance benefit they have assured me that it will get convert to main balance but I wait 24 hrs they will don't give me ballance benefits then I was again call them he will again assured me sir after 4 hrs ur benefits are converted but I again & again call customer care executive after give his time but he was says sir Pl wait ur benefits will be change but today 31 Jan 17 when I call they gave me reply sorry it is retailers fault that retailer had not used correct format for recharge
So Pl give me my money back for my mentioned recharge on my No as on 25 Jan17 & today is 31 Jan 17. A week has passed and no soothing reply is given to me and they wasted my time and took no action regarding my grivience.
