Hello,
I am from surat. I am using airlink from last 5 year at my home and my factory. But you service is becoming to bad day by day. I am travelling allround so i have install camera in my factory. But from last 2 month your wifi is not working. I have complain about that but no one is coming to solve the problem.in future i will not suggest any one go with your plan....

My internet is not working from last 20 days i have complain many time but not getting any response plzz help me out otherwise i will change this internet connection and need good service...

From the past 5 days i have filed a complaint. There is not strict complain against it. Even the staff of airlink is not taking any type of attention on it they are ignoring our complaints...

There is a problem in line and the technical team is not work on it. And i am not able to work from home. From last 8 days i am unable to work. There is a guy mr. Shoaibbhai who is looking after our whole sagrampura area and they are not solving this problem....

From last 7 days i lost my internet connectivity so i sent mail, text message and whats app message as per company’s policy try to register my complaint. For first 3 days my complaint was not registered. After 3 days they registered my complaint. After that company’s technician came and check my line and internet connectivity issue and reached at the conclusion that my internet wire is break in between communication channel in other words...

I had lots of time problem about internet connection and when ever i registered complaint i had solution after 1 months and that also i had to call each and every day and 10 times a day. I was using airlink broadband services, but the service was very pathetic, and the connection remained down on many occasions and for many days. Even despite several complaints via telephone or even personal visits to their office the problems remained unsolved.
Eventually i had to buy a new connection from you broadband though my airlink connection was active as the services remained down most of the time. Even today it is not working...

Daily i would follow up but still no resolution. I got a sms on 5th may that the issue at green city, surat (Place where i live) is identified and will be resolved the next day.
