Airtel — activation of a service is pending more than 1 week | |||||
I have recently ported my number [protected] from other service provider to airtel. From the very first day 17th november 2017. I have been trying to activate missed call alert and call conference service. But after 10 days of service request i am only able to activate missed call alert but till date unable to get any positive response from airtel end for activation of call conference service. I am very surprised to see that everytime any problem arises i have to keep on following up with their team but haven't got any call back. Moreover after following up for the same the services have not been activated. This is really very frustrating and unprofessional from a brand who advertise to listen to customer.
