Airtel — airtel after porting, the new sim shows no network

I ported my airtel sim from tata docomo karnataka circle to airtel karnataka. I was given a new sim and was told to insert it when the old one gets inactivated. When my old sim got deactivated, i inserted my new as instructed. But it doesn't show any network. Now both my sims don't work. Its already 9+ hours and i have restarted my phone several times but still no network. Please do the needful

My monthly plan is 499 and Airtel generated bill of RS 4710

When asked they said u travelled out of India so these are basis charges
But I have not asked to activate any pack on my no.
This is totally wrong and incorrect bill

Sajid pathan your coustomer care excuctive not a give me proper answer .and so men not coftebal in aritel exicutiv.
and internet service is very slow. plz chek my complaint.
The retail outlet is charging Rs.300 for reactivating SIM card, Which is illegal
As per the new guideline of trai I have Requested to activate new plan to my service on 2/3/2019 but Airtel DTH company has not activating my new plan and not responding to my calls because of this I am losing my amount as per previous plan so kindly I request you to Take action on this.
Dear sir I hv an Airtel digital TV ...from last 20 days I m not allowed to choose pack of my choice, I hv talked to Airtel customer care no of times but not any support was given.
They hv now totally told me now to take pack of their choice.
Pls help in this regard

This is inform you I made a transaction in Airtel Payment bank from number [protected] for amount 500. however amount hase been debited from Airtel bank, but not credited in my Account. Please check and revert me as soon as possible. This is major issue by Airtel Bank.
