Airtel — airtel digital tv payment made but website not showing recharged amount

My customer id is [protected] and on 1st may 2018, i had made a payment of rs.815 from my hdfc account towards recharge of my airtel dth account. Immediately the amount of rs.815 was debited from my hdfc account, but the balance in my airtel dth account continued to reflect rs.12.69.

I have attached the debit advice from hdfc account and request you to immediately credit my airtel dth account with the amount of rs.815.00
