Airtel — airtel doing unnecessary bill even i haven't used any data or services | |||
I have purchased postpaid 4g wifi service 499 plan on oct 2017 ([protected]). But from day 1 it is not working. I have made several complain and visited pune kalyaninagar airtel service center. They told if you can not able to use it wont charge you sir and our people solve issue on priority. And one more thing i have purchased that airtel wifi device with 2500/-. On nov 28 i received message to pay 494 and that time i told customer care to disconnect my number as it is not useful. Down the time dec 2017 gone and it was not fixed. Then jan gone and now asking to pay 1200, though i have not used any thing. Now i am sure rs.2500/- for that device is gone and airtel going to payback me. Now a days airtel people calling me almost calling every 2 days and asking to pay. I have explained all thing, but they are not trying to understand and asking same again and again. And they are taking in rude manner always. So now i am planning to go to consumer court for this as i dont have much option. I am using idea broadband at my home and service is pretty good. So in future i will never take airtel service. And i am making sure i will do necessary feedback almost every day on every site for airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
